We offer three tiers of planning support depending on the complexity of your itinerary and the level of curation you're looking for.
THE ARCHITECT

The Architect is ideal for travelers who want our expertise shaping the big picture of their trip. Whether you’re torn between destinations or unsure how to pace your trip, we’ll help design the outline, secure the right hotels, and coordinate trusted transfers and tours.
You'll have a strong foundation—anchored and organized—while leaving room to explore on your own.
Best for couples or small families who want guidance on where to go and how long to stay, but prefer to fill in the lighter details like dinners and free time at their own pace.
Starting at $750 per week of travel for up to two travelers visiting 1–2 destinations.

THE ACE

The Ace is a perfect balance of curated guidance and flexibility. You’ll receive a thoughtfully planned route, hand-picked hotels, guided activities and tailored restaurant recommendations, plus expert insights to make the most of your free time without feeling over-scheduled.
Best for families, milestone trips or clients seeking fuller itineraries and expert input throughout. Great for those who want a solid trip plan as well as flexibility to book some elements themselves.
Starting at $1,250 per week of travel for up to four travelers visiting 1–2 destinations

The Curator is our most comprehensive service tier - a white-glove experience from start to finish. Designed for clients who want every element of their trip thoughtfully planned and executed, The Curator includes destination and route design, hotel curation and bookings, transfers, tours, dining, and on-the-ground logistics. You’ll have expert guidance at every step and our support behind the scenes to keep things smooth, flexible, and enjoyable from the moment you land.
Best for clients who want high-touch, concierge-style support with full coordination of their trip elements.

Whether it’s a long weekend or a restorative resort stay, we’ll match you with the right hotel and share trusted options for getting there, dining well, and exploring at your own pace—no full itinerary required.

From multigenerational vacations to social getaways and corporate retreats, we make group travel feel effortless. We’ll handle hotel sourcing, room blocks, transportation logistics, and even group airfare when needed—so you can focus on the experience, not the details.
Fees are by custom proposal based on group size, trip complexity, and services requested.

Why We Charge Planning Fees
We charge trip curation fees because each journey is deeply personal and thoughtfully tailoring it takes time, care, and expertise. These fees cover the research, insider access and behind-the-scenes work that go into creating a seamless, elevated travel experience from start to finish.
Final travel curation fees are confirmed after our discovery call and based on total trip complexity, number of travelers and services requested.

Hotel Booking Policies & Minimums
We handle hotel bookings for our clients as part of how we’re compensated for our services is through hotel commissions.
We specialize in 4- and 5-star hotels and high-end boutique stays. Most of our clients spend $500–$1000+ per night on accommodations.
We are unable to book award travel or points-based stays so we encourage clients to use points to book their roundtrip flights or save them for a trip they plan to book themselves.

What Flights We Can Book
We are able to book business class and premium economy flights for our clients on international routes originating from the U.S.
Domestic flights abroad (for instance, to travel around your destination or go from one country to the next) are best booked directly, although in some cases we can arrange these through our in-country partners.

Our Planning Timelines & Rush Fees
Our planning process is designed to be thoughtful, collaborative, and thorough. We’re a boutique team that does high quality work. Ideally, we begin planning at least six months prior to your trip but we do accept trips starting in as few as eight weeks before your departure date.
For trips departing in less than 8 weeks from the start of planning, a Rush Fee of $500+ will apply. This ensures dedicated time and support to meet your timeline and maintain the level of service we’re known for. Rush fees are quoted based on trip complexity and scope. Rush services are subject to our team’s capacity and may not be available.
